Kingswell Ivy’s college consulting team offers a wide selection of flat-rate, all-inclusive mentoring services customized to meet every student’s needs and goals. Our team of experienced, full-time college consulting experts help students choose impactful extracurriculars, develop leadership skills, reach their SAT/ACT goals, and write successful college applications in order to gain admission to the top colleges and universities. We focus on empowering students to accomplish their passion-driven goals, ultimately helping them stand out in the competitive college admissions process.

College Pathway Package
9th, 10th, and 11th Grade
Our year-round, personalized package guides high school freshmen to juniors in extracurricular development, testing timeline, community service, internship/research opportunities, and everything in between to help students stand out from their peers,
Senior Application Package
12th Grade
Through our customized approach, high school seniors develop a balanced list of schools, strong compelling college essays, a resume, and activities list. We strategize with students to find the best-fit school for their academic and personal success.
Tutoring & Test Prep
SAT and ACT scores are an integral part of the college admissions process. Even though schools may be “test optional,” top schools want to see high scores from competitive applicants. Our team of experienced tutors will help your child achieve remarkable results.
College Application Bootcamp
Our College Application Boostcamp is a multi-day program held online in summer and the fall to support students in completing their Personal Statement on the Common Application along with school-specific supplemental essays.
About College Consulting with Kingswell Ivy
Each student is matched with a college consultant who is uniquely equipped to help them explore their individual interests and develop their strengths. We begin our process by asking students and parents to complete a questionnaire. Based on the answers, we prioritize personality fit in pairing each student with a hand-selected mentor.
Yes, we offer standardized test tutoring in addition to our college consulting services. Students begin the tutoring process by taking SAT and ACT diagnostic exams. Our tutors then assess students’ academic strengths and weaknesses based on diagnostic test results and create personalized learning plans designed to help students reach their standardized testing score goals.
Our Senior Mentors are all top college graduates. Each of them is trained in our specialized near-peer approach. Our mentors have an incredible ability to relate to their students. They focus on unique extracurricular endeavors beyond the classroom and help craft successful college applications when the time comes.
Each student works with one college consultant on an unlimited 1-to-1 basis from start to finish. All of our mentors work together as a team to develop personalized strategies designed to help each student gain admission to top colleges. One or more additional college consultants with specialized skill sets and knowledge bases may join a meeting to help a student develop certain aspects of their passion project. Students also have access to our in-house marketing team as they develop stand-out passion projects.
